Ammonia Gas Leak Detector

DOWNLOAD MANUAL

Ammonia gas leak detector is a device that detects the presence of gases in an area, often as part of a safety system. This type of equipment is used to detect a gas leak or other emissions and can interface with a control system so a process can be automatically shut down. Ammonia gas leak detector can sound an alarm to operators in the area where the leak is occurring, giving them the opportunity to leave. This type of device is important because there are many gases that can be harmful to organic life, such as humans or animals.

We at Husaini® Engineers provide polycarbonate enclosures which are known for their durability in outdoor applications. Additionally, while polycarbonate is extremely rigid, it is also flexible enough to allow for a 100% non-metallic hinge and latch design, further minimizing the risk of corrosion and RF interference from metal hardware. Polycarbonate enclosures are up to 40% lighter than their fiberglass equivalents and offers excellent UV and environmental resistance. Structurally, polycarbonate is stable and, compared to other materials, maintains its tensile strength across a broad temperature range (-40° F to 265° F.) Finally, polycarbonate is easily machined with common, off-the-shelf tools to customize the enclosure to fit your application.

The Model: 9206- Ammonia Gas Leak Detector is a versatile diffusion sampling system for detection at a particular point or location. The detector senses at a point where gas concentration is suspected and transmits a proportionate signal to the digital monitor. Modern integrated circuit provides all needed indication, alarm and fails safe functions with simplicity of installation & operation.

Monitor is built into protective rigid polycarbonate case with hinged neoprine gasketed door to retain water, dust and corrosion resistant integrity confirming IP65 class of protection. The digital display allows visibility of gas concentration and LED indicators are found below the digital meter for alarm purpose. The red switch is for alarm accepts locally with remote facility is also as mounted to a single printed circuit board.

FEATURES

  • The sensor is Electrochemical with no cross sensitivity to any other gases.
  • The Life of the sensor can be five to seven years provided periodically Electrolyte is filled in the reservoir.
  • Sensor can be connected to any distance as output will not vary or drop due to long distance.
  • No special Co axial cable is required for sensor to monitor for electrical interference or output from the sensor.
